Description

Take part in a fun activity for your next event. You will be provided with a selection of fresh seasonal flowers, ribbons and all the materials required to create your own flower crown for up to 8 guests. No experience is necessary, as you will be taught the basics of wiring on the day. The class must be booked at least 60 days in advance and is pending availability. Location must be within Sydney and additional travel fee may apply. An additional $70 per person will apply for groups up to 11 guests.

Shipping Policy

Pick Up & Delivery
We currently create for pick up and delivery from Gledswood Hills on Monday-Saturday between 9am - 5pm. Deliveries outside our standard days are available upon request. Sunday deliveries available on Mothers Day & Valentines Day. No pick up and delivery available on public holidays.

Delivery Times
An exact time for delivery cannot be guaranteed however we will work with you to get your order to its destination as soon as possible. Deliveries to a business or residential address will be made by 5pm on the requested delivery date. If you require something outside of our standard pick up and delivery days please email info@evalunadesigns.com.au for a quote.

Orders
All orders are to be placed by 4pm for next day pick up/delivery. Orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on Monday unless pre-arranged with Evaluna Designs by calling 0431 277 344.
A confirmation email will be sent to you detailing your order, if there are any changes that need to be made please email info@evalunadesigns.com.au or call 0431 277 344 during business hours. We do not accept responsibility for incorrect delivery details once orders have left the studio and no refunds will be made for incorrect delivery information. If an order needs to be re-sent an additional delivery fee will apply to all locations.

Product Description/Variations
Pictured designs are a guide to Evaluna Designs hampers and gifts. Slight variations may occur from time to time however suitable substitutions will be provided at our discretion. Should you have any questions please contact info@evalunadesigns.com.au prior to placing your order.

Product Quality
Should you not be satisfied with your order upon delivery due to poor quality or incorrect items please email a clear photograph of the item to info@evalunadesigns.com.au with a description of the fault within 24 hours of receipt. For further details please see our returns policy.

Refunds
Should you be dissatisfied with the product received please call 0431 277 344 or email info@evalunadesigns.com.au during business hours and within 24 hours of delivery. A clear photograph of the products are to be emailed to be taken into consideration when looking into your concern regarding the product. Each case is reviewed individually and refunds will be made at the discretion of Evaluna Designs.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations
Evaluna Designs is unable to provide a refund on orders that have already been created and/or due to incorrect delivery information. Cancellations received a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery day may be cancelled however are subject to an administration fee. Refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the delivery date will be at the discretion of Evaluna Designs.
