Uniting Flowers provides the online platform for florists to offer their products and services to the general public. The seller is responsible for accepting your order, creating your order and organising the pick-up and delivery of your order. Whilst UF is not liable for the delivery of the flowers, we will do all that we can to make sure your flowers arrive as perfect as what you ordered and on time.

When buying your flowers on the Uniting Flowers website and/or UF app, please note the FLORISTS’ “Delivery Information”. Each florist regularly updates their Profile information and you should find all the information you need on their direct profile.

While we encourage our sellers to provide Same Day Delivery and offer Delivery Australia wide, this isn’t always possible. This is why each seller has outlined on their shop profiles their:

• Policies
