If you are not 100% satisfied with your flower order, email or call me within 48 hours and I will be happy to supply you with a replacement bouquet of the same value. In most cases I will deliver your flowers still in bud form. This means you are getting the freshest stock with the most life ahead of them. However, also note that some flowers are naturally open. As I buy your flowers from the market on the morning of your order, please rest assured that they are market fresh. In terms of style, my flowers are primarily garden style and no two designs will ever look identical. Therefore photos of the products are examples of my work and are indicative of the style of the design.
