All Flower & Co Boutique designs are a guide to the style of our floral designs, fruit hampers, nappy cakes and giftware range that will be delivered to the recipient. The product pictures on our website are used as guide only and may not be exactly the same as the final product.
Flowers, containers, vases, fruits, hamper baskets and plants may vary according to seasonal and product availability, or when they do not meet Flower & Co Boutique quality standards. The team at Flower & Co Boutique reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions for these products to meet our quality standards and seasonal availability. The substitution will be of equal or greater value to fulfil your requirements.
The standard price is representative of the products pictured within our floral designs, hampers and nappy cakes. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in flower value within the floral design, fruit value in hampers or increase in nappies for the new born nappy cakes.
Every effort is made to deliver flowers and gifts on the day requested and in a condition that reflects the high standards set by Flower & Co Boutique.
Quality complaints must be received within three days of delivery. A quality complaint is anything to do with an order that was delivered including but not limited to poor quality, missing items, expired items, wrong items, and value of items and so on. A photo is highly recommended for quick resolution to quality complaints.
Non delivery complaints must be received within 48hours of the delivery date.
Confirmation of Order
Once an order has been placed with Flower & Co Boutique it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the details given are correct. This can be done with the order confirmation email sent. This order confirmation also becomes a tax invoice. In the instance that this email has not been received please call our friendly staff on (02) 8730 8402 for confirmation.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Whilst Flower & Co Boutique do offer a same day delivery service of flowers we do expect that if you need to change details within an order you do so within a reasonable time frame.
Order cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not been custom designed to your specifications or has not left Flower & Co Boutique.
For Products with alcohol delivery is subject to state liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic gifts.
It is illegal for alcohol to be purchased by or delivered to any person under the age of 18 in Australia and similar conditions may apply in other countries. The sender of the item is responsible for ensuring that their order complies with the law, Flower and Co Boutique do not accept responsibility or liability where these laws are not observed.
Special Events - Mothers day & Valentines day
All orders for special event days need to be placed before 5pm the day prior. Same day delivery may be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.
Flower & Co Boutique guarantees all orders placed within the correct time frames will be delivered before 5pm to a business address and 8pm to a private residence. Flower & Co Boutique cannot guarantee exact/specific timings for delivery on these days.
Due to the large volume of orders placed for delivery, Flower & Co Boutique reserves the right to make substitutions to the requested arrangement style in order to ensure that your order is delivered. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same or greater value than the original order.
Flower & Co Boutique are unable to make variations to orders for delivery on the special event day. These variations include changes to delivery addresses, card messages, changes to the originally requested product and changes to the recipient's name.
