Pick Up & Delivery
We currently create for pick up and delivery from Gledswood Hills on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday between 9am - 5pm. Deliveries outside our standard days are available upon request. Sunday deliveries available on Mothers Day & Valentines Day. No pick up and delivery available on public holidays.
An exact time for delivery cannot be guaranteed however we will work with you to get your order to its destination as soon as possible. Deliveries to a business or residential address will be made by 5pm on the requested delivery date. If you require flowers outside of our standard pick up and delivery days please email email@example.com for a quote.
All orders are to be placed by 4pm the day before the desired delivery/pick up day.
A confirmation email will be sent to you detailing your order, if there are any changes that need to be made please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0431 277 344 during business hours. We do not accept responsibility for incorrect delivery details once orders have left the studio and no refunds will be made for incorrect delivery information. If an order needs to be re-sent an additional delivery fee will apply to all locations.

In keeping with our promise to supply you with the freshest florals some floral materials, vases and products may be substituted at our discretion. Some designs may vary due to seasonal availability. Should you not be satisfied with your order upon delivery due to poor quality or incorrect items please email a clear photograph of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the fault within 24 hours of receipt. For further details please see our returns policy.

A clear photograph of the flowers/products are to be emailed to be taken into consideration when looking into your concern regarding the product. Each case is reviewed individually and refunds will be made at the discretion of Evaluna Designs.
Evaluna Designs is unable to provide a refund on orders that have already been created and/or due to incorrect delivery information. Cancellations received a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery day may be cancelled however are subject to an administration fee. Refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the delivery date will be at the discretion of Evaluna Designs.
